We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. The Project Manager is responsible for accurately & efficiently managing the production details, activities and scheduling aspects of each assigned project. This individual will primarily support custom built properties being utilized at tradeshows, events and retail projects. If interested, email a copy of your resumé to careers@bellagroupdesign.com.

Essential Functions

  • Accurately, effectively manage any sized project with limited supervision whether a rental exhibit, custom build, or retail installation, from the time the contract is signed until the project leaves the shipping dock and returns from show

  • Communicate and work effectively with Bella Account Managers on all project deliverables

  • Addresses and helps ‘trouble-shoot’ issues that arise with a project, both with the client and/or internal stakeholders

  • Utilizing knowledge of production techniques to ensure accurate deliverables

  • Establish and maintain work back schedules and communicate changes to appropriate team members

  • Create and maintain Implementation Plans (IP) and communicate with teams to ensure alignment

  • Complete & accurately reconcile all core operational elements in a project in a timely manner

  • Participate, collaborate in post project reviews

  • Represent the company and its products and services professionally in a manner consistent with current marketing direction

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience as an Project Manager in the exhibit industry or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of production materials and the extent to which these may be utilized in production

  • Exhibit familiarity with show rules and regulations related to exhibit designs

  • Ability to read & accurately interpret sketches and blueprints; including design, construction, architectural, & sub-contractor drawings

  • Effective communication skills

  • Must be able to develop excellent rapport with existing and prospective clients

  • Exhibit the ability to multi-task, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and follow-up skills are required

  • Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when/as required

  • Ability to travel to onsite deliverables when appropriate

This is a full-time salaried position with typical work hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be necessary during peak season.
