We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationship efforts alongside Senior Account Executives, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. If interested, email a copy of your resumé to careers@bellagroupdesign.com.
Essential Functions
Lead efforts, in conjunction with Senior Account Executives, to build, maintain and manage client relationships
Follow-up with new business leads generated by the website and social accounts
Attend weekly production meetings to establish design needs, review upcoming project requirements, track status of current jobs and move completed jobs into billing
Prepare work order contracts with cost estimates for projects ranging from new builds to rentals to retail projects
Research and understand client business and goals. Troubleshoot and manage all client questions and concerns with timely communication and response via email, phone, web meetings, in-person, etc
Develops, executes, and maintains project schedule ensuring project team meets all requirements
Responsible for reviewing change order items to ensure all costs are accounted for and that they fall within the given project time constraints and project budget
Prepares and manages graphics timeline/approval process
Functions as on-site producer at shows while monitoring floor activity to ensure compliance with project plan
Audits job cost files, labor tickets, ensures invoices are correct, processed and final is submitted to client for payment
Compiles project performance information, prepares post-mortem with Bella team
Performs other duties in support of client services
Represent the company and its products and services professionally in a manner consistent with current marketing direction
What We Are Looking For
Prefer a minimum of 2-year trade show, exhibit, events, or related experience with a general understanding of fabrication exhibit operations and procedures
Ability to read set-up prints
Knowledge of PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Asana
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and effectively problem solve
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible and demanding schedule. Weekend hours may be necessary and occasional travel
This is a full-time salaried position with typical work hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be necessary during peak season.
